Spar's Chris at Birchgate is ****** & rude

I once went to Spar at Birchgate the staff was rude when I wanted to withdraw money the teller told me that I would have to purchase something first. To be honest I have never heard of this rule unless it is a Tuck Shop. I was dissatisfied and disappointed in the manner that this was dealt with. I requested for the manager and spoke to him. Chris the manager was very rude and ****** he told me to go withdraw somewhere else despite the fact that I wanted to purchase. The way Chris (Manager) spoke to me was very condescending. I took a video as he worked away to lock himself in his office. the staff were cheering me as their protested that he ill treats them and he is ******. That is the confession i got from his own staff.
