Spar2U worst delivery services

On the 26/12/2024 I placed an order at SuperSpar Xavier and my oder was picked up by scooter with registration number LS30RYGP who phone me using WhatsApp requesting I send him my location as there is no house numbers which I found strange but I sent to make life easy he was getting lost i had to walk out of my yard and wait by the street for him when arrived he stopped far from me he screamed/shouted to say can I come collect my order as there is a dog which the day was by my other front opposite neighbour from me and further away from him and I told I can't because it means if I collect my other I will need to leave some of the spar bags (my order) on the street as I walk through a drive that is before my gate to go into my yard and he said he will cancel the order thn I told him it okay if he doesn't to do his job he can cancel I can't force him and after a about 10mins or so he phone me using whatsapp now at my gate I then asked over "did you not say you canceling" he "Now you don't want to get your order" As I opened the gate he put all the bags on the floor and gave me the bread and I said to him politely "I don't appreciate your services"he throw a hand at me and told me he is done here and I told "you I don't understand why is this happening as it's the first I get such bad service from SuperSpar and he rep**** and said "I am the worst customer he has ever had" and I asked him "How far will he go if this is the services he is get" he said "he will go very far as he bought this big boy bike with cash and he is making more figures then me" and he drove off
