Spar2U is a total failure! Cancel it!!!

The Spar2U app has totally *****ed up Spar's former great customer service! It is NOT user-friendly, charges you 10% extra & then takes weeks to refund the difference that they overcharged!!! This is nothing less than horrible customer service. They need to cancel the whole thing & go back to the online ordering service offered by my local Spar. They gave excellent service & delivery without all the hassle and BS! Management has really *****ed up and is going to lose customers to Pick'n'Pay!!!! You need to chuck the whole mess & go back to the reliable and user-friendly option of doing online orders through your customers' local Spar!!! Get your heads *****ed on straight!!!
