Spar2u is a ****!!!

The Spar2u app is such a ****!! They don't give you option to collect your order at the shop so the "deals" advertised there end up being more expensive than the price at the shop because you pay the extra R35 on the app for delivery. This was just made to make extra business for the delivery company at the expense of Spar customers. Why can't we order on the app and collect our orders??? On top of that when I wanted to cancel my order I had to wait for over 30min at the shop for them to cancel it and I was told I will get my refund after 5 to 10 day. This is just pure nonsense and ******* to customers!!! I'm never going to use Spar again!!! You guys don't even deserve 1 star. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
