spar2u extremely bad.

quality has really declined, placed a spar2u delivery and was called to advise some items are out of stock, i said thats fine just refund me. when i received my order and receipt they charged me for the out of stock items and does not seem to understand the severity of it when i speak to support. rather use PnP or checkers, these people do not care about you.
