SPAR 2U have really excelled today!!! NOT!!! I placed my order 76807 with SPAR Retail Crossing at 11 a.m. on 26 April (today). I FINALLY received a message to say that my order would arrive at 17:47. It is now 18:31 and still no order. No apology. No call back after calling the store. NO NOTHING!!!!! i am VERY very seriously unimpressed. Palm Court or Radiokop with get all of my future orders. (Due to a disability, I am no longer able to drive - hence I placed my order for delivery.) What a WONDERFUL place South Africa has become!!! EVERYTHING is BROKEN! My order FINALLY arrived just before 7 p.m. - 8 hours after placing and paying for the order! Someone named Mike called me a little while after that, to tell me that they were running behind with deliveries because of yesterday's specials on Whiskey and Milk.. I don't drink whiskey or milk - so how does their problem become my problem???? And then he says to me: "Well, you have the store's number - next time call us and we will escalate your delivery" SERIOUSLY!!!!!! i Actually called the store SEVEN TIMES today - how many times do they want me to call??????
