Spar2u a absolute joke

I wish I didnt have to give a star at all, but the spar2u app and even the customer service when calling to the spar grassy park branch was the worse thing I have ever had to do to get my order canceled, I waited well over 5 hours for a order to get to me and when I canceled it, it still completed and the manager that claimed he will manually cancel the order for me, well let's just say I really hope he does so coz he was kinda clueless Really hoping I get my money back within 2-3 days as they claimed . I'M DEFINITELY NEVER USING THAT APP AGAIN AND I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE ELSE TO NOT USE IT EITHER
