Spar Zevenwacht took R 1202.92 from my account

It has been almost two weeks now, on the 28 May I went to shop at Spar Zevenwacht Mall and I was billed twice. At first I requested cash back for R 300 and items that I purchased were for R 904.92 and the total was R 1202.92.

The machine declined the transaction and then the cashier gave me another machine, so I said to her the second time she must just deduct the R 904.92 and leave out the cashback I will withdraw the money from the ATM and so the second transaction went through and so I left the store.

When I checked my statement on Monday I realized that both the R 1202.92 transaction and the R 904.92 transaction went though.

It has been a battle to get them to refund me the R 1202.92 and they are not taking responsibility at all. I have been sent from pillar to post, I phoned my bank and the bank confirms that Spar banked both transactions.

I am so disappointed and disgusted and I do not think they understand what they have put me through.

It has just been empty promises from Jarryd Gennarakis the GM and all he does is giving me half information that I cannot do anything about. I have done all the work on my side and they are not doing much to meet me halfway.
