Spar Woman Race - Race Run, Bags still in transit

So...I booked on line for the Spar Woman's race weeks before the event took place. I got to the collections tent to pick up 3 goodie bags for myself and my 2 daughters and was told it was all finished. The co-ordinator was only short of speakers and sound boxes announcing the process of how we will get the bags Monday after the race....the point being???<br> Frankly, SPAR had more helpers in the collection tent wearing race t-shirts than t-shirts to give away to paying entrants. What's the point of on-line booking if SPAR already allocated the goodie bag to someone who registered on the day I was collecting. We walked with plain white t-shirts. I was then contacted via email apologising with wonderful words for this inconvenience on the 9th of June promising me a delivery. Today is the 17th of June and I await 3 magnificent parcels worth R70.00 each with baited breath. It may be more cost effective to refund me my money then pay for the courier service.
