Spar, Winmore, Moreleta Park - Another lost customer

Went to the Kwik Spar at Winmore, Moreleta Park for the third time on 4/03/2018 in order to get 3 x 500g Rama margarine brick that was on promotion. It was still not on the shelves. There was a large sign on the outside wall at the entrance advertising the Rama margarine promotion. The manager informed me that he was willing to supply me one 500g Rama tub at the promotional price. I wanted 3 x 500g Rama bricks, but he was only willing to give me one 500g Rama tub at the promotional price. I refused the offer of only getting one item at the promotional price, as I did not require an unusual quantity. Due to the store not being able to supply me with the required quantity of advertised goods, I ended up leaving and not purchasing any of the other items that I was intending to buy at the store. This clearly resulted in the store not getting a few hundred rands of my patronage today. On the two other occasions when i looked for the Rama on promotion, my spend was a total of R 452 . Competitors in the area do not place a restriction on purchases of such a small quantity. As a regular customer of this store, I have experienced numerous instances when promotional items are not available during the promotional period. Having been a customer of this store for a very long time, this store clearly does not value my patronage. This store will no longer get any of my patronage from this day on, as they are regularly unable to supply promotional items at the advertised price. Competitors in the area value my support a lot more than this store.
