Spar willow way in Lynnwood selling expired food

Title: Expired Sandwich Sold – Very Disappointed!

I bought a cheese, cucumber, and salami sandwich at Spar Willow Way on Lynnwood Road, Pretoria, on the 8th of May. When I opened the packaging, I saw that the sell-by date was the 7th of May! The sandwich was soggy, clearly not fresh, and completely inedible.

I returned it to the store, and to my shock, the staff member responsible wasn’t even aware that the sandwich was expired. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it comes to food safety. While they tried to pacify me by offering two hamburgers, the incident left me with serious doubts about their food quality control.

Please be vigilant when shopping at Spar Willow Way – check the sell-by dates carefully! I hope Spar improves their standards before someone falls seriously ill.
