Spar Welgevonden Stone Square Incompetence and Theft

I am appalled with this Spar, I live up the road and have been using this Spar for almost 3 years now only use this Spar because of convenience. I go to this Spar on average 2 to 3 times a week and 80% of the time I am overcharged for various goods bought. Ive tried communicating this to management but there is always an excuse, and never a "sorry for the inconvenience, I make sure it doesn't happen again". This Spar has ****** hundreds of Rands from my and my friends pockets, who often buy goods at this Spar. The various times Ive double checked my slips in store and caught them red handed, it takes management around 1 hour to void the over charged amount and refund the difference money, not even a refund for that item as all other Spars, Pick n Pays and Checkers do as a courtesy. I cant be expected to constantly double check my slips every time and wait there in store for hours wasting my time or even spend more money returning to the store once ive arrived at home and discovered how much money has been ****** from my pocket. And on a side note, this Spar is forever out of stock or overstocked on the wrong items. Often ive bought milk or meat only to discover its horrifically rotten. Tellers are very friendly and helpful, but management are a different breed, Ive even see management take out their anger on unsuspecting staff members. Management must sort this out immediately and I expect some sort of apology and rectification/remuneration for my losses.
