SPAR Walkerville has bad service & a poor customer service.

The price tag is written SPAR Full Cream, Double Cream, Low Fat or Fat-Free Yoghurt 1kg R24.99. I took a double cream yoghurt when I got to the till, the price was R35.99. The cashier called the Store "Owner" & explained what the issue was. I even went & showed him what I meant. He said to me it's not their "SPAR" fault, he will escalate the matter. He refused giving me the yoghurt with the selling price. I asked him I find this unfair where can I escalate the matter as client, he said anywhere I wanna escalate because that SPAR is privately owned. WHAT A BAD SERVICE.
