Spar Vorna Valleys extremely poor customer service

I had a terrible terrible experience at Spar Vorna Valley. The manager refused to allow me to return flowers I bought the previous day because he believed that I rented them. I believe this to be incredibly unfair because I simply made a mistake buying them. The way spar treats its customers with mistrust and disdain is hurtful. This happened on the 15th of feb 2022 and the managers name is Dalinga or something along those lines. I am very upset with their customer service because they treat us as if we all have malicious intent. If you wanna do your shopping, don’t do it at spar rather go to pick n pay or checkers.
