Spar Very Bad Service

<p>On saturday 18/02/2017, we went into SPAR in our area (if someone gives me a call i will give name of store and name of manager). We purchased a small item for our son. The cashier refused to give us change unless we purchased something else. She then called the Manager who treated us as if we were *********, in the meantime the staff behind the tills start laughing and ridiculling me and the pathetic excuse of a manager just stood their and allowed this to happen. When i reached for my cell phone to make a call the "manager"attempted to grab the phone out of my hand. The staff were making remarks and laughing at my appearance. We spend alot of money in this store on a weekely basis, and all of a sudden our money is not good enough. Now this is not the first incident, there has been times we go in there and the staff laugh and make remarks about the fact that we are two woman (married) and we are heavilly tattoed. I have spread the word about this store to everyone we know as we have lived in the area for over twelve years and know alot of people in the community. There are two other stores very close by that we will in future make use of. That Manager clearly has no managerial s****s, has no manners, and most probably not even qualified for the job. As for the staff, they are more concerned with thheir silly hairstyles, dirty long fingernails and making fun of customers. But i can assure you that just one of my tattoes is worth more than any one of their hairdos. And we spend more money in that store than what that poor excuse of a manager earns in a month. I have tried to contact both Spar Customer care line where i have to listen to a load of ******* for just over 14 minutes with out being helped. I then tried to call the Head Office number that was on the web site and that went to what sounded like a fax line. This behaviour is disgusting and unneceptable, and we are tired of it. If all else fails i will be forced to take this even further.</p>
