Spar Vangate's appalling service.

Yesterday the 6th I visited Spar Vangate in search of Green tea. Ive gotten a liking to Spar brand wild berries. I see tht they are completely out of stock. I ask for assistance and a man working on the floor says the Managers one of which is Andy Badenhorst made a ***** up with the ordering of stock. But he said according to the managers it will be there the nxt day. I go back today the 7th only to find no stock. I asked for the manager on duty. He's out to lunch and the other manager went home early. And no wonder as tht store always looks like a rummage sale going on. Andy says he can only get stock by Wednesday. He asks one of the workers to take my number down and leaves nonchalantly. The worker asks me for a pen but he's at reception. I don't know what kind of zoo these ppl are running but this is appalling service and I would really just like to have the tea. Is tht really too much to ask. Unprofessional behaviour from management and overall disgusting shopping experience. Petrol is so expensive and I had to drive twice. It's not really my problem when DC delivers but then offer a better service to your client who walked into your store.
