Spar uses street as ******* Dump!

I am very disgusted about this matter. I have complained numerous times to Jeffreysbay Spar as well as to Humansdorp branch , because as per my knowledge it is the same owner. Spar does not use ******* bins to store all there *******. Therefore they just put it into bags and in the road, right across my house. When i look out of my yard it feels like i live at the local ******* dump. The ******* gets left there all weekend and gives everybody access to it to scratch and tear open the bags. If it is not dogs, then it is ***s , or street kids . With the result being the wind blows everything into my yard , my dog gets hold of everything that comes in and tears it into pieces, which i then have to clean up. the whole street ends up full of ******* and everything gets stuck in the fences . It looks terrible!! and also smells terrible!!! I am sure they can make a plan and because they are not doing anything about the matter this is my last option.
