SPAR TOPS Meatgood

Bought wine at Spar Tops Garankuwa,got home to find it has an offidh smell and colour,took it back the manager refused to assist and told me he foes not manufacture wine,I must contact the wine maker.and refused to assist me .was plain rude.didnt even want to smell or taste.made a mockery of me in the store,saying I wanted to buy sweet and took dry because I don't know wine.i asked what does Consumer protection Act state,told me to go he'll he will not assist even the boss listen to him,and no 1 will assist me.which was true with his arrogance the whole spar didn't want to help cos it seems he's mean and toxic in the work place (Thabo with Sunglasses?Tops Meatgood.an arrogant someone who doesn't deserve to deal with clients 😉. After an hour of taken up and down the spar and Tops managers unable to reason with him,it seems he has so much power that no one dares to challenge him.after the whole drama.one manager tasted the wine and said it's off refund the customer or exchange,with hesitation that's when he authorized the cashier to refund me.Everyone in the shop was surprised how can he talk to a customer like that.i have receipts and he's photos.because of popi act I can't publish his pictures. Am taking this to Twitter.he needs to be disciplined.
