Spar Tops liqour store in Durban beach front

Worst service at tops spar in Durban beach front. The manager is rude and doesn't even want to hear a customer's side of the story. So i walked in the walk in fridge at this tops and i accidentally knocked off a 6 pack of Hansa with my bag, because the beers were not packed properly. I was forced to pay for them even though it was the store's reckless or poor merchandising. The security guard who was responsible for merchandising, even went as far as blaming it on me. However i paid for the broken beers. The manager is rude as fugu fish to a person's life.
