Spar Tops @Ushaka

29.08.24 I was harassed at Spar Tops ushaka Tops. I was verbally assaulted and physically harassed all because I asked for the manager when I accidentally dropped a hooch drink on the floor that cost only R19.99. I had no problem paying for the drink but I was so disappointed by how the manager came out with an attitude telling me to pay for the drink or I can’t purchase anything else without paying for this hooch the manager who goes by Tony said I must not ruin his mood I must get the **** out and pay for the drink I was so shocked by this statement I felt so attacked with my mother when I tried to show him how badly things were packed security pushed us out he said take these black **********s out and he called out saying I should suck a ****. When I was standing outside Co operating with the security guards the other male security guard rudely grabbed me by my jacket and arm as I asked him to leave my mother alone. I wanted to just ask if it’s part of Spar regulations that if you mistakenly drop a drink inside the store should you purchase. I’m so disappointed hurt and I will definitely be taking legal matters because I have videos and an audio of members wearing Spar uniform representing Spar as a brand a family name brand harassing me and my mother.
