SPAR threatened to sue me if I complain

After getting blood on my food from the assistant's cut, almost 4 months ago, spar totally denied it, they have passed it to their lawyer's. I have experienced threats from their lawyer's, they say I must not take action against their client or they will sue me, and I will have to pay costs, I have experienced racial ************** coz I'm Indian, they called it ***** behind my back, they really do not care for the people who pay them, and those unfortunate to be working for them
