SPAR swearing and drunk manager!!!

I went to Spar in Ghandi sqaure in Johannesburg. Its really dissapointing that you have a Manager(Thulani) atleast thats the name he gave me The lines in the store are always endless and wnated to complain to a lady who was syanding by the tills all she was doing was calling people next and yet they have only two cashiers helping over 30 people in a line. When i tell the manager he starts swearing even wanting to fight with me in the store in front of all the customers he was even drunk telling me that i must even go complain on Hellopeter if i want. is this what people must expect from your Spar store in Ghandi??? its really sad and i wouldnt advise people to go there as they will be treated badly and sworn at by a drunk manager. I hope this will be looked into as im sure this is not the image your trying to build about SPAR.
