Spar Swartkops

<p>I do not know how this Spar is allowed to operate as a Spar. It can much better be clasified as a Chinese / Pakistani shop. It is dirty, the food is expired, it has hardly any propper stock, but its shelves is full of cheap nonsense. They also do not have the rewards card or system set up, I strongly doubt if they are really a Spar ??? After walking out of that Spar you feel like you need a bath let alone buying food there . . . I made the mistake of thinking it is save to purchase a tub of ice cream there, surprise - it was half defrosted and sour !!! Needless to say I have not even bothered to take it back, I will cut my losses and drive to a diffrent area to use their Spar that is well equiped and clean !!!</p>
