@Spar Sunninghill, I'm so disappointed and hurt at the same time. I'm not a person with drama. I ordered a cake and Cup cakes for my daughter's birthday, I asked several times for the buttercream not to be used, I was actually told if I want the imitation cream I will have to collect the cake on Monday instead of Sunday. To my surprise my daughter had to eat the cake but the removing all the cream. I went to the shop today to ask what went wrong, not was this old white woman so defensive and changing the story of what she told me, she made a straight face and said she told me it was impossible for them to put the imitation cream outside with a picture on a cake, I mean why the **** would I even go ahead and order the cake if it was the cake, and why did I even collect the cake on Monday instead of Sunday. I'm not crying for the money but the fact that you guys ruined my kid's birthday. I so wished to punch you but oh I'm not a violent person but I'm so ****ed at the moment and so unhappy. After so many years of ordering my kids' cakes with you guys, this was my last time. I'm so disappointed 😞
