Spar sucks

Two weeks after complaining to customer care I still haven't had feedback from a manager. They have had the audacity to close the complaint. I called back yesterday. They promised an area manager would call. That did not happen.

They advertise a free container with dog food on the shelf but then no buckets are in store. They say they will call. They dont. Aisles are filled with dirty empty boxes on mondays and fridges with rotten food and vegetables. Shocking staff attitude.
