Spar Strubensvalley

I have received terrible service from the bakery area. The first time I waited 15 minutes to be assisted, then I walked away to do the rest of my shopping. When I returned, I waited another 10 minutes. Despite having at least 10 people behind the counter, 8 of them were talking as if on lunch. There were only two staff members helping customers - one at the hot food section and the other at the bakery. There was no professional service to speak of, as a few of the staff looked straight at me and then either turned around and walked away or turned their back on me. I have never seen such bad service from Spar Strubensvalley. The manager did listen to my concerns when I raised them, but it still took me an hour and a half to purchase just 3 items. They really need to implement a proper queue system for the hot food section, sweets section, and the bread section. It seems like 95% of the staff are not doing anything. I am truly disappointed with their service, and I had to leave and go across the road to Woolworths to purchase the rest of my food.
