Spar Stores do not adhere to covid 19 regulations

Hi, Shocked at the Uvongo Spar on the hibiscus coast, people walk in without masks and dont even sanitize under covid 19 restrictions. i witnessed a man walk straight through without mask and with out sanitizing. No one said anything. No body at the door to monitor government regulations. Mostly they are out of cloth to wipe trollies and carry baskets, thank you for spreading Covid19 and being one of the causes of return to lock down.
