Spar stole purchased items

I purchased products from Spar Randpark Ridge jhb. The packer at the teller did not pack two items that I purchased the toothpaste and ******. When I got home and unpacked the plastic bag that’s when I noticed the items missing. I drove back to the spar with the receipt to prove I had paid for items. The store manager Richie told me he couldn’t help me because the person that reviews camera footage was not in that day. I told him I was out of those supplies at home and needed them desperately and all he could say he can’t assist. He didn’t bother to take my number or even try to to assist. I have a suspicion something ***** is happening at that Spar. Please intervene
