SPAR.... *****ING R1, R2, R20 from EVERY PERSON.... DAILY

Dear SPAR

Im adressing the GROUP, but the compaint is against my local SPAR... I'm sure this is a franchise type operation.... and there are GOOD SPARS and BAD ones.... but since my complaints to my local SPAR is falling on deaf ears.... I might as well pen this to SPAR as a whole and maybe something gets done...

So... WHY... WHY, WHY, WHY.... EVERY TIME... (seriously, every time) I shop at SPAR Bluewater Bay P.E.... When I pick up 10 items or less..... There always are items that Scan higher at the till opposed to what the item shows on the shelf...

I have even gone SO far as to take pics of every items price as i pic it off the shelf, then comparing it to the till.... and EVERY trip, EVERY..... 25% to 33% of the items SCAN MORE.... never less.... ALWAYS MORE....

If this is "human error" why ALWAYS MORE???

My opinion.... SPAR does this DELIBERATELY.... as.. is this was Human error, surely items would scan LESS sometimes.... but NEVER LESS... ALWAYS MORE...

I have pics... and have taken this up with the supervisor numerous times.... they correct and refund me... no problem... BUT....

I can afford the R1 here, R1 there.... even when my pool chlorine scanned R20 over (i have that pic as well).... BUT.......

HOW MANY POOR PEOPLE, HOW MANY SASSA GRANT RECIPIENTS ARE YOU F##KING OVER ON A DAILY BASIS???

Today was R1 on dog food and R1 on a load of bread.... Last week was R20 on pool chlorine... so its not mistakes on "Items poor people don't buy"... its on ALL KINDS of items...

And to be honest... I do my bulk shopping at ECCONOFOODS (Not that im poor)... but I NEVER get F##KED over on the price at ECCONOFOODS.... NOT ONCE....

Never at Checkers....

WHY ONLY SPAR??? I admit, this is my experience with the local bluewater bay PE SPAR, and others could be better... i cant say....

That's why I have NOT done "Month end" full trolley shopping at SPAR in 10+ years as this is NOT a new thing....

Maybe people should start LOOKING when they take items off the shelf.... and decide if this is "mistakes" or SPAR just *****ing everyone over....
