Spar *****ing from customers

<p>On 10 April 2016, I bought a Raport newspaper from Queenswood Spar. When I got home, I noticed I was charged R 24, for a R22 newspaper. I emailed the store and received a reply on 11 April from Matthew Swart, stating I must come back to the store so that they can fix it.</p> <p>Today, 13 August 2016, I bought a Saturday Star newspaper. I was charged R13 for an advertised R 12.90. I insisted that it be corrected. The person that approved the correction offered no apology. In fact, she did not spoke to me.</p> <p>Why is it OK for Spar to ***** from its customers? R2, R0.10 or R 20 000 000. No difference. If I insist on underpaying R 0.10 on each item I buy at Spar, will this be acceptable to you?</p>
