Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service – Breakfast Section

Good morning,

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the poor customer service I experienced at your store this morning.

I went to purchase the breakfast special and could clearly see the food already prepared. I was told to wait for the staff responsible for breakfast to arrive. However, the same staff member who informed me of this was actively working with food and serving other customers, yet refused to assist me, stating that she “does not serve breakfast.”

Another staff member attempted to help me, but this was made difficult, and I was still not served. Being able to see food available but being refused service was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

This experience reflects very poorly on your customer service standards. I would appreciate clarity on your breakfast service procedures and a formal apology for the treatment I received.
