Spar / Spar Franchises not paying their Suppliers

Just after Covid started I received an order from Spar Heidelberg Gauteng for 152 personalized Masks. Half of which had to bear the Staff Members name embroidered on it plus Spar Heidelberg and the balance of them the Staff Members name with the Spar Logo on plus the name Spar Heidelberg. All Branded in the Spar colors. This order was done at cost price due to trust in the Brand Name. I waited a Year to receive partial payment of my Invoice with the balance still outstanding. Correspondence requesting the balance of the Invoice to be paid have too date been ignored completely.
