SPAR SOUTH RAND & MARSH AFRICA

Good day hellopeter. I am righting this review to expose SPAR SOUTH RAND ********** (Cnr Rudo Nell & Struwig Rd, Boksburg ) and Marsh Africa ********** (10 Torsvale Crescent, La Lucia Ridge Office Estate, La Lucia) for the way they handle customers and try to intimidate/ manupilate customers because they are a large company. I was in a accident with a SPAR driver (VC Shile, ID ********** 340084) that almost drove over my car, he did not use his indicator to change lanes, he also did not hear my continuous hooting to try stop him from changing lanes. He crashed into the back right hand side of my car and pushed me over the sidewalk. The driver contacted his manager (Narlan Naicker ********** ) to come to the accident scene to have a look at my damage. The driver admitted that he was in the wrong and did not see me in his mirror. Narlan Naicker told me its not a problem I should get my car fixed up through my insurance and they will reimburse my excess (R3500) once my car is fixed up. The accident happened on the 2 August 2017. My car was fixed up and I submitted my claim to my insurance to deal with Spar and Marsh Africa their insurance for my pay out of R3500. I only received a mail from Marsh Africa (Sabrina Surajbali) their insurance on the 27th March 2018 to say they will not reimburse me with my money as the driver said he was not at fault and he will not provide a statement, by law if anyone drives into you from the back, they are liable for the accidence. My biggest problem is that SPAR a multi million rand company will rather put their Marsh Africa Senior Claims negotiator on the me and try to manipulate me because they not willing to pay my money back, because it is easy for a big company to manipulate the public although they in the wrong. I am a father of 2 little boys and need every cent to care for them, I am in debt with R3500 and my monthly payments has gone up because of SPAR.
