Spar Soshanguve Crossing - Child denied entry to store at night because wearing pyjamas

I went to Spar Soshanguve Crossing on the 16th of November after 7 pm to do some groceries for my kids as I was going on a business trip the following day very early. I decided to go with my kids, my 13 year old son and my 6 year old daughter. She had just taken a bath and was wearing her pyjamas. I drove to the store and to my surprise the security guard just blatantly denied my daughter entry. He said pyjamas are not allowed. I was so ****ed and disgusted and my kids has to wait for me outside as I hurriedly did my shopping. If I had a choice I would have gone to another shop but it was already late and my flight was very early and I needed to leave my family with enough groceries. The disappointment in my kids' eyes when that security said that with no touch of feelings at all. My daughter nearly cried and she must have felt like she did something wrong. I can understand if this is the policy but why have the store close at 8 if pyjamas are not allowed?, why is this not put on in front as a notice to us your customers?, if it is a policy, couldn't the security exercise his discretion and allow my child in with so many cases of kidnapping and brutal ****ings of kids, why put my kids at risk?, People go to this store with stomachs showing, short revealing skirts and shorts, flip-flops but a child who has just taken a bath wearing her pyjamas coming to the store with her parent is not allowed in...what double-standard is this?. I spend a lot of money at this Spar every month but the treatment that I was given is very shameful especially since my children were also there and experienced this. I will let my friends know that Spar wants our money and women is short skirts and dresses, but will not allow a child in pyjamas to get in. What a shame....disappointed and dismayed former customer.
