Spar service ruined my day

I had the worst shopping experience there today once again. Each time I go to a Spar, the service is just terrible but the one in Carlswarld tops it every time. I remember that they even refused take back my rainbow chicken products during the listeriosis outbreak. Today i struggled to purchase prepaid electricity because it took 20 min to get help when there was only one person in front of me in line. A lady called Phumzile didn't even bother to explain what is going on and finally when it was my turn to get help, she just left and handed over to another person half way through helping me. I wanted to pay my COJ and they told me that they couldn't help me, i actually had to just accept what they were telling me and it's still not paid. It wasn't worth my time going there and it made me so angry so early in the morning. No respect, no service... just a ****py experience.
