Spar sells rotten meat

<p>I bought a Corned beef at Superstar Vangate Mall in Cape Town on 16 Dec 2016. I popped it in the freezer immediately. After I unsealed it on the 24th Dec, the entire house was filled with a rotten smell which made my stomach feel queasy! I called the store and told the manager Andy what happened. He said that because I don't have the slip, I couldn't return it, despite the wrapper clearly showing that it was bought at his store. I'm now left having to run around on the night of Christmas eve, in search of a corned beef, as well as having lost R130! I will never ever buy meat or any other perishables from Spar ever again!</p>
