Spar sells rotten food

I recently visited mall@55 Spar in Centurion. I went to buy biltong, and when I got to the back of the store where Biltong is kept, I was shocked to see a pack of Droe wors full of mould. It was utterly disgusting. I asked a lady why they would keep it there, she simply said if I feel something is wrong with it I should not buy it I than walked away, and bought strawberries on sale. To my amazement when I got home, only one strawberry was edible, the rest was rotten. So to save money and not discard off food, spar rather drops the price and sells it. This could make people really sick. I have a small son, and am I now meant to hide food from him in my own house cause he might eat something that is off.

I contacted Spar, and sent them photos. The relative spar also asked for the photos, and since sending it I have heard nothing from them.

Spar standards has really dropped.
