SPAR - selling substandard dangerous cooking oil! BEWARE!

A few weeks ago my father bought a 2 litre bottle of SPAR branded sunflower oil. Last night, while cooking chips with the oil in a pan, the cooking oil literally 'exploded' all over the stove, floor and himself. This is burning hot oil! What is SPAR up to? Is your supplier adding something to the oil to shave costs and make more profit? SPAR, are you checking the product you are branding and making sure it is brand safe? My father could have been terribly injured if he had been closer to the pot at the time. SPAR get your act together and keep your customers safe!
