Spar selling stock that's not fresh... Bad customer service

I logged a complaint two weeks ago with the spar complaint department regarding the below: Good Day. I purchased bread rolls from your store yesterday, and i took a bite and it was off. the smell and taste was totally off. i have kept it. i do have my till slip but not with me at the moment so i cannot provide the brand name. Could you please do something about this store because i had an issue with the milk a few months ago. this is a health concern that this store does not keep fresh stock. Please assist as this is my second back experience with this store in just a few months. i have received a response but was told i will be contacted, to date i have not been on the above and think this is terrible service
