Spar selling overpriced dead batteries

Bought a 6 pack of aaa batteries (eveready platinum). Price over the counter was R79. Paid R89. And the cashier couldnt care less. Told me that was the price, and I had to accept it.

Got home, and when I tried to use the batteries, they were all flat. Tested them on 3 devices. Tried to take them back, and Spar not only refused to give a refund, but wouldnt even do an exchange for the batteries. Was forced to pay even more for another pack of batteries.

Highly recommend you take a small aa/aaa battery tester with you to TEST the batteries IN STORE before leaving with them so you dont walk out with dead batteries.
