Spar's Disappointing Service

Was so disappointed in Vangate's SPAR. At the beginning of January they had a RAMA promotion, but had no stock. They gave me a 'rain-check' and I was promised a call back. I went back thrice afterwards to make sure they had the correct contact details but still no call back. Yesterday I went to the store, only to discover they had stock and I hadn't been informed. They refused to honour the rain-check. I spoke to the manger but he said too much time had elapsed! WOW!!!<br> <br> I've found this to be a common occurrence in the stores located in 'less affluential' areas, where good service to customers is NOT deemed a necessity! <br> This is not about the RAMA but the principle of the matter...<br> <br> <br> <br> .<br> <br>
