SPAR Rynfiled, the Terrace.

I and my wife are very disgusted and hurt about the way we are treated at the Rynfield store. The security was following us(I and my wife) while we were doing shopping today. It is so sad that we are the only black shoppers who are followed whenever we are in that store. I once raised this with Jaco the store manager. He even invited me to visit the store so that this could be clarified and stopped. I even advised him that when his security does patrols must not make it obvious that they are following us. But nothing has been done to address this. Surely, our concerns fell on deaf ears. It appears that only white people shop there or maybe other black shoppers decided to stop shop there because of this bad precedence in the store. It is being allowed and does not get to be addressed. Secondly, it also appears that there is no diversity in that management. Thirdly, the store has 4 stars on its reviews, only coming from the while community. So, we are not asking for a special treating but consistency. The security is blacks and they only follow black customers. We also overheard staff at tills saying that " they are being followed."
