Spar Royal Ascot (Milnerton) - Loose Red Chilles @ R299.99 per kg...What ????

Spar's prices for fresh fruit and veg are generally very reasonable. However, I was at Spar Royal Ascot (Milnerton) yesterday and saw a 'special' price tag for loose red chilies at R299.99 per kg. Thought to myself this must be a printing error, and is more likely R29.99 - seeing that it had a huge printed price tag. Inquired and no, it definitely was R299.99 per kg !!!! What ???? Still in disbelief, as bought the same loose red chilies at Pick n Pay for R49.99 per kg, and saw them later at Checkers for R39.99.
