SPAR RIVERVIEW Vanderbijlpark

We always go to Spar Riverview Vanderbijlpark, almost to no other store. Its wonderful customer service, wonderful employees, and we love the employees at the tellers. Normally all staff at the store are very friendly and makes u feel welcome, and we enjoy shopping and having quick but small conversations. EXCEPT today when we went one of the tellers as usual greeted us in a friendly manner (we have been shopping there since before covid so we feel like we know some of them by now), the white manager lady with blond hair made a rude comment to the employee (something in the line of she's chatting with us). Its really unprofessional of the manager. The tellers gives wonderful service to customers and then managers wants them to act like robots and not talk. She needs an attitude change. This upsetted my mother in a way that she almost doesn't want to go back because she's scared the employees will get scolded for being friendly or worse get fired. The Managers of Spar Riverview needs a reality check we don't want heartless robots we want friendly employees at tellers. Those people also work long hours and have a right to speak to customers. Thank you to the wonderful employees for being friendly and giving wonderful service and always with a smile doesn't matter how tired you all are (NOT the rude managers who think they own Spar and makes one feel unwelcome).
