Spar rip-off

I bought Manhattan mini Rainbow Marshmallows 150g for R69.99, at Balfour superSpar on the 26.09.2024 . Funny my till slip description reflected Mister Sweet Egg 275g. I was told by the store manager that is the same thing....like how can something with a different description, different weight be classified as the same. Didn't make sense to me, sure still doesn't. I was told it is being queried with head office, till to date as I write this review, I have not heard from them. I am calling out at the Spar head office to intervene because I don't want to believe that I have just been ****** by a huge franchise like Spar. Please get your house in order, your barcodes should align to the correct products. Please do the right thing.
