Spar Rietfontein Pretoria

Rietfontein Spar Pretoria manager: I went to this shop to buy book covers then I realized I bought more than I need, then the next day I returned the unused covers for refund, then the manager had to come and see for himself who is returning the goods only to find that I'm a young black woman, then he immediately said I can't decide to return stuff simply because I decide not to use it anymore, even his tone was not so friendly to me. I mean we return things to shops whenever there is a need to and we get helped as customers. Well I stood there helplessly and disappointed, while I was about to leave a white gentleman walked in the store with a plastic, I heard him asking for a refund then I immediately walked outside because I wanted to see if he will be helped and I didn't want to disturb that process. After few minutes the guy came out with an empty plastic, I was shocked and disappointed by this white manager. How could he be so ****** to me? All I needed was my R65 refund to buy something else that I need rather. The manager is not a friendly person to customers, I wonder how he treats his staff especially blacks. ****** exist!
