I had a revolting experience with the staff of Richdens Spar( Hillcrest Durban). Your staff needs to go for training on customer service along side with the person who said he is a supervisor (MusaweNkosi Richdens Spar) I had a really bad experience and i asked that manager or Supervisor or whatever his title for the lady in Question.
