Spar rewards stollen

I bought groceries on the 02 of January 2020,at superspar mount frere,served by thuletu around 16:26 till 03,my mother mistakenly separated sunlight pack which was on special (sunlight liquid and bar),the cashier counted them separately even though my mother gave her the seal to show her that they are a pack,she just said she has already counted them separately,then when I was looking foy spar rewards card,I took a glance at the till,she punched her cell number ,she didn't ask whether I have a rewards card or not,and usually I give my cell phone number ,so she ****** me and she did not show any emphaty or remorse when she was *****ling my spar rewards meaning she is used to doing this.
