Spar rewards not worth having!!!!

Was at Spar by Terrace Rynfield, was helped by a very unfriendly teller. She did not ask for my rewards card but I gave it to her and she continued to scan the goods and eventually took it and swiped it, I also gave her the other rewards tag that she also did not want to take and kept scanning till she eventually took it, she put it in the till and continued to scan the goods. Then she concluded the payment without scanning the last rewards tag, I told her that she had to scan it and she said she did not have to, I told her that all the other times that tag was scanned just to make sure that there is no rewards item. She again said she does not have t scan it. This lady decided to be unhelpful and decided I do not deserve to get the benefit of Spar rewards. I brought this under the manager attention and although I spoke to the manager that lady glared at me cause clearly she is not afraid of management. I will no longer shop at Spar I will go to Pick and Pay or Woolies where I am allowed to benefit from rewards like anyone else, and I will also let friends and family know to do as such. Thankfully we have other options like Woolies and Pick and Pay, where staff are friendlier.
