Spar Retail Crossing Strubens Valley poor service

I was at the Spar Retail Crossing Strubens valley. 10/10/2019 15:33 cashier 10 I thought I was shopping at Shoprite. The cashier at the second till from the entrance with long dreads doesn't greet me just says plastic. I asked her how she was doing and she just said fine. she and the packer was talking in their language the whole time as if I don't exist. She threw my mushrooms to the packer to read the code for her. Not once was I acknowledged or even thanked for my shopping. her attitude was disgusting and I actually felt like my business was not wanted. she had no name badge on for me to identify her. I work in retail for and have my own area of stores but my staff know our customers are the most important people to the business. if I wanted to shop at Shoprite I would have but I pay the extra money not just for quality goods but also to get a better customer experience. Very disappointed. Slip states cashier is Pholisa. Please train your staff.
